How to log in to your TMD Hosting Client Area
You can log in to the client area by visiting https://my.tmdhosting.com/ and entering your username and password.
Your login details will be sent to you in your welcome email, along with instructions on logging in to your TMD Hosting Client Area.
TMD Hosting Client Area: Home
The Client Area home page overviews your entire TMD Hosting account.
It includes a snapshot of your invoices due, services, domains, and support tickets. There are links to your products, cPanel control panel access, and shortcuts to register new domains or services.
If there is any scheduled maintenance or downtime, you will also see it here under the “Recent News” section.
TMD Hosting Client Area: Services
The TMD Hosting Services section of the client area lists any products you have purchased, how much you paid, and the next due date for payment.
If you click the “Manage Product” button, you will be taken to a product information dashboard.
It includes disk and bandwidth usage, links to common cPanel features, and a one-click login for cPanel, File Manager, phpMyAdmin, and Webmail.
The one-click login links at the bottom of the page are a great touch. They make accessing aspects of your hosting account easy.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a short billing overview, your server location, and a button to request the cancellation of the product.
You can order new services by clicking that option in the left-hand menu. On the right-hand side of the screen, you can select the hosting type and order from the main screen.
Similarly, you can order add-on products from the “View Available Addons” option in the left-hand menu. These include an “Addon Slot” for additional websites, which is useful if you choose the Starter plan.
TMD Hosting Client Area: Domains
The TMD Hosting Domains section of the client area lists any domains you purchased via TMD Hosting, including the free domain you got when you signed up.
The page will list your domain, registration date, and renewal date, along with a link to enable you to manage that domain.
On the management page for each domain, you can view details of the domain, including the renewal cost and the next due date.
You can manage your auto-renewal, nameservers, and contact information and get the EPP code should you wish to transfer it elsewhere.
As you can see, turning on or off your TMD Hosting Domain auto-renew with a single click of a button is easy.
And update your TMD Hosting nameservers.
In the left-hand menu, you will also see an option to renew your domain now. This is useful if you turn off auto-renew and want to renew your TMD Hosting domain manually.
The “Register a New Domain”, “Transfer Domains to Us”, and “Domain Search” links take you to TMD Hosting’s domain search. You can filter by domain extension if you click the “cog” on the right of the search box.
TMD Hosting Client Area: Billing
The TMD Hosting Billing section of the client area provides downloadable invoices for any products or services you have purchased, including payment status.
You can also manage your payment methods and even add funds to your account.
TMD Hosting Client Area: Support
The TMD Hosting Support section of the client area is where you can view any support issues you have raised and any service announcements.
If you click on the support ticket, you will be taken to another page with details of that ticket, including all the replies and other ticket information.
An example ticket that was resolved in just 12 minutes is shown below.
To open a support ticket with TMD Hosting, you should click the “Open Ticket” option in the left-hand menu.
You can choose from the following departments:
- Website Down - Your website is down or inaccessible
- Website Transfer - Transfer a website to TMDHosting
- General Requests - Regular technical request/question
- Scripts Install - Request a website script/software installation
- Sales - Questions related to purchasing new products
- Billing Department - Assistance with any billing issues, domains, etc.
